To process your insurance request, we (and our subsidiaries partners, affiliates, clients, and other third parties) may require your name, phone number, e-mail address, and estimated financial information such as debts, salary, credit, etc. In select cases, a social security number may be requested. We may make the e-mail addresses of those who volunteer their e-mail addresses to us available to other organizations whose products or services we think you might find interesting. If you supply us with your postal address online, you may receive periodic mailings from us. You may also receive mailings from other reputable companies. If you do not want us to share your e-mail address or postal address with other companies or organizations, please let us know by following one of the options described in the Opt-Out section below.
CALLS MAY BE RECORDED
Calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes. We may use these calls for staff training, protection and dispute resolution, confirmation, and agreement, compliance and discourage fraudulent information being given.

You will not receive Exchange Healthcare e-mail communications unless you submit your e-mail address.
