To process your insurance request, we (and our subsidiaries partners, affiliates, clients, and other third parties) may require your name, phone number, e-mail address, and estimated financial information such as debts, salary, credit, etc. In select cases, a social security number may be requested. We may make the e-mail addresses of those who volunteer their e-mail addresses to us available to other organizations whose products or services we think you might find interesting. CALLS MAY BE RECORDED
